We run a mobile business and set up at multiple fairs and events throughout the year. The easiest method for you is to maybe create a separate Location in Square for each event. This lets you assign devices and team members to that specific event and keeps sales, inventory, and reporting organized by event. When the event is over, you can simply switch your devices to the next location or reuse the location for future events. If you have several mobiles running simultaneously, using separate locations makes it much easier to track performance and reconcile sales afterward.
