We're running Square for Retail, the entire App closes abruptly when trying to refund a returned item to a gift card. The option to refund to Mastercard or Gift Card are there, I select the radio button for gift card for returned goods, click Next and the entire App abruptly shuts down. Based on issquareup.com, this doesn't look to be a known error. Can someone help?
