Error Editing Online site

Just in the last month, I have experienced a new glitch when editing my online site. 

Each time I try to make an edit, the site tries to save changes, but it times out and I get the message "Unable to perform request. Please re-load page and try again"

I have tried Square support to resolve the issue and they advise that there are no problems with their end. I have tried everything suggested, from changing browsers, different devices, different ISPs, cleared my cache, changed my DNS server settings, even restarted my router/modem and shut down my computer and re-started. I still get the same problem.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Thanks for reaching out. This sounds frustrating!

That said, it should be easily replicable by support if it's straight up not working - do you know if they were able to imitate your account login to verify the issue also occurred on their end? How long has the issue been occurring? Is the situation that it's just not working, or is it an intermittent problem?

Let me know - support should be able to file a bug report if it's just not working and they can verify this!
