I'm using the Square Register with an Epson TM-M10 printer that's connected by USB. The printer will intermittently stop printing tickets and the only way to get it to start working again is to restart the Square Register. The Register is updated every night and the TM-M10 is listed as a compatible printer, so I'm not sure why this keeps happening. It is very frustrating because it, inevitably, happens at the worst possible times. Please help! Thank you.
