Employees are not able to see all employees schedules on appointments

Employees are not able to see all employees schedules on appointments, just their own. We have gone into setting and it will not let us add everyone anymore. Is anyone else having this problem?

What kind of permissions do you have for those employees? If you are limiting any of their permissions, especially under Appointments this could cause the issue you're seeing.
