Emails not sent due to needing to be Verified for over 60 customer's contact details?

Hi everyone, 

 

I've just tried to send an email to my customers, but it won't send as I am trying to contact over 60 customers and need to verify my email address. 

 

Don't suppose anyone could help?

I’ve not seen this before (not a feature I’m using) - but I’ll ask the stupid/obvious question! Is there not a link for verifying your address or a re-send option shown at that point? 

It might help to post a screen shot of the message your getting if you’re able to do one without any of your or your customers personal details in there.

This is it - I thought my email was already verified, as I’ve sent emails to “All Contacts” previously 937B498A-2E94-40A9-8223-17544E50EC50.jpeg

Ah right - looks like that’s just an extra security/spam check they’ve got in place.

 

Doesn’t look like there’s anything you need to do apart from wait, but it’s annoying for that to pop up with no warning & delay your marketing. Especially this weekend!!

Hi @GardnersDough, thank you for sharing this! I've checked this on my end and with this type of review, you should receive a verification email with a link that you can click through. If you haven't received this email or it has been more than 48 hours and the issue still persist, the best course of action is to contact our Support team directly and they will be able to assist further with the review.
