Email transfer with domain name

Hello! I’m transferring my domain name, Courageouspainting.com, to Square. The transfer process is expected to take 1–7 days. The good news is that my domain name is already working, so customers can access it without any issues. However, my email is still not functional.

I’ve been using Hello@courageouspainting.com with HostGator, but I’m unsure how to make it work now that I’m transferring the domain to Square. Do I need to wait for the transfer to complete, or is there something I can do in the meantime to get my email up and running?

HI, HostGater was your dedicated hosting platform in which you were able to have a domain based email.  Within Square you would need to set it up again with Google Workspace.  Square does not offer you a dedicated domain dashboard.  You can review Square Support page here:

*Note: you can leave your domain at a dedicated hosting platform for the life of the domain, it does not need to be ported out.
