Hi! In my Square Customer Directory, I wanted to pull the list of my email subscribers. I currently send emails through Square Marketing.
When I filter my list by Email Subscribers and download it, it shows all Email Subscription Status as "unknown"... This is a really weird bug since I am sending emails through the platform already.
I don't want to send anything to this list because I know people will reply with saying they have already unsubscribed and I don't want my email address marked as spam.
Do anyone have a workaround for this?
Hey there @Bronze_Palms I appreciate you reaching out and bringing this to our attention. Do you have a screenshot of the error message on the Excel sheet? I will take a deeper dive into this and will follow up, thank you.
For privacy reasons, I will send you the CSV via message to take a look at - I downloaded the list from Customer Directory with the Filter: Marketing Subscriber: Email. You will notice in the file it shows "unknown" in the same column it should say "confirmed".

I don't need to see anything other than the error column on the Excel sheet, so no worries about sending the entire CSV. @Bronze_Palms. Of course, happy to help!
