Email collection embedded link issue

I've added the embedded link (form code) to my website for email collection.  

• They can subscribe
• They can pass the bot test
• The confirmation page doesn't work.  What's the issue?

When you say it doesn't work, how is the Confirmation page behaving? Can you share a Screenshot too?

Turns out it worked on my phone, so assuming it's security on my PC
