Email address not updating

I recently upgraded to a business domain email address, then went through the process of changing everything over to the new email address in square and weebly. 

 

I noticed that order confirmation emails are still being sent to my old email address and did some digging and saw I need to change the user email address, however when in weebly it says to update those details in square. When I go to square the details are already updated and correct.

 

To clarify I use the new email address to log into square. 

 

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong or how to fix this?

Due to the way account emails are tied to different systems in Square/Square Online (Weebly) this is something you will actually need to reach out to support for.

 

While it is an extra step, the good news is that this is something that can be done via calling our local support team in Melbourne - you call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time).

 

You'll need to ask support to change the email address for Square Online/Weebly to match your main Square account - for security reasons they will need to escalate the request to a manager, but this is doable locally and shouldn't require an escalation to Weebly.
