The email address isn't recognised when I log in for the first time on the app I've downloaded on my iPhone. I called customer service and he asked which email address I was using and it was correct. He then asked if i'm using the latest software, which it wasn't. So I updated my iPhone to the latest software and it still doesn't work.
Please help as the customer support telephone line is closed now
