Without direct access to your account and editor, it would be difficult to say for certain why the pages aren’t populating on the live site.
However, my first suggestion here would be to unpublish and republish your site, you’ll find the guidelines here.
If you’re still having issues after that, then our Customer Success team will be able to look at your site in real-time to determine the issue. You can reach the Weebly support team by scrolling to the bottom of the Support Center whilst logged in, and clicking the Contact Us button.
