Editing Store Emails

Does anyone know how to completely edit store emails.

 

In the current form, I can edit some headlines and that’s about it. I am unable to remove or edit key text as the default is misinformation to my customers who would become confused as to why “their pickup is ready” yet pickup is strictly not part of my service.

 

ideally I’d like a blank canvas or to completely and freely edit any section of headline/image/text that I want.

 

Any assistance please, much appreciated.

Hi @InspectionConn, thank you for reaching out! 

 

The body of the store emails will actually populate with information based on the customer actual order, so if you don't have pickup set as a fulfilment type, that information will not be included in any order confirmation email at all!

 

The reason you can still see this in the back-end is because the test emails & previews show different types of content so you can get an idea of what the information the customer will get may look like.

 

Although you cannot edit this body, you can add content above and below this. Other than this, any further adaptation capability would be a feature request at this point.
