EOQ or Purchase amount reports

I am a retail store that orders their products from a third party. Currently, we use a spreadsheet on Google Sheets to determine what needs to be purchased weekly, and in what amounts. We manually enter the months sales data for each individual item, run it through some formulas, and it spits out how much to order based on what's currently in stock at our store. It also lets me know what to set my Square alert to based on these numbers.

Is there a way for Square to track my sales trends on a weekly basis and give me ordering amounts for my items when inventory gets low? Square already has all of the data for what I sell, how much I sell, and how often.

Do not think there is a way for Square to give you the information you are looking for.  The best Square does is as you pointed out is notify you when Item X hits a preset order number that you input.  Now you might be able to do what your doing easier than manually entering data.  If you export your Monthly Sales Data by CSV, then if you use Excel, you could use Power Query to read this data and probably spit out the information you are looking for.  I see you use Google sheets, which is powerful and does have the ability to link and read other sheets, this might be possible to do with Google sheets also, but I have not done this with Sheets yet, nor tried it.  I get Microsoft Office free as a Perk for a business account with my cell provider and like the ability to have spreadsheets when I am not connected to the internet.  One of the drawbacks of living in the mountains, no internet or cell reception in all places.
