I upgraded to the premium plan to see if I needed the extra functionalities, but it turns out not even the advanced shipping is available in Australia and it doesn't offer anything I need, so I'm trying to downgrade to the professional plan, but it only gives me the option to pause of cancel my subscription. On the Square plans and pricing section it states that "You can switch plans whenever you like." But I don't have the option.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Like most online subscription services, you can change plans with Square Online whenever you'd like, however if you've pre-purchased a subscription for a certain period of time the change would come into effect once your paid subscription period has finished.
