Downgrade plan to starter

Hello! I'd like to downgrade my plan from professional to starter but cannot seem to find the option. (I only see Upgrade). Can someone help?  Thanks!

Take a look at this article, it should help you to manage your subscriptions and downgrade your plan. 

Note the dates for when you originally signed up for the plan in question, and that should help you to change it.
