Double booking

Hi, I can't seem to work out how to make a booking between services. I've booked a colour, Processing time, and a cut. Why can't I book someone during the processing time?

This sounds a little odd - according to our support centre you should be able to book another customer during processing time. Without being able to look into your account set up this one will be a little tricky for me to solve, however is it possible that the services you're trying to book in the processing time may be longer than the timeframe your processing time is giving?

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
