I am new to all of this and thought that square and squarespace were one in the same. Once i realized I was wrong, I had already tranfered my square domain to squarespace but I had canceled my squarespace domain. I need to disconnect it because my square website is now showing as expired. I have tried everything and I'm feeling so lost. Please help!
HI, now that you initiated the transfer to Squarespace, the transfer has to be completed by Squarespace. Once it is pending there isn't anything that can be done. You need to contact Squarespace Support.
