Hello @jessiebuss I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I'm not sure if this may be the issue, but if you initiated this just before the July 4th holiday weekend, it may take a bit longer. I do not know if a real person has to perform an action to connection your domain, but if so they may be out of the office until after the weekend. I hope you find a resolution soon, I know it's very frustration when you're trying to get a website up and operating.
