It works manually but the swipe reader doesn't respond. I didn't see it listed on their compatible list. Has anyone with a Moto X had success with it?
I just tried my first test charge and the same thing is happening to me. The reader isn't reading the card swipe. No error shows up. Nothing happens. I was able to put it in manually.
I got a Moto X. That style isn't listed as compatable. I suppose since it reader didn't work I wouldn't be able to use that and would have to put transactions in manually all the time, right?
Hey @harking919 - Unfortunately, if your device isn't listed on our Device Compatibility page, we're unable to guarantee that it will work with our products. If your access to the app hasn't changed and you would like to continue taking payments manually, that is an option. You can also send Invoices.
