Does anyone know why a payment issued today would show up as dated for 7 days ago?
I had a customer pay their invoice with a card today, March 14. When I look at it in the transaction list for today, the transaction is dated for March 7. Why is this happening?
@CTOPadminHow long ago did you send them their invoice? Is it possible that you originally created the invoice 7 days ago, and they are just now paying it?
