Does anyone else have incorrect invoice information on the mobile app.

I’ve been noticing recently that both i’m the square POS and Square Invoices app, the details at the top aren’t calculating correctly with the amount paid being equal to the invoice total, instead of the actual amount paid. Anyone else have this issue or has had it resolved?

Can you try these troubleshooting steps to see if this resolves the issue? 

 

  1. Update both apps to the latest version (Square POS and Invoices).

  2. Log out and back in to refresh app data.

  3. Check the same invoice on the Square Dashboard via a web browser.

  4. Uninstall and reinstall the apps if the issue persists.

  5. If you’re using multiple devices, make sure all of them are synced and running the same app version.

Please let me know if these work, and if they don't, I will escalate the case to our engineers!

Hi Summer, 

1. both apps are already updated and the phone is also updated to the current version.

2. logging out and in, did not fix the issue

3. The invoices are fine on the website but persistent in the mobile app.
4. This also did not fix the issue.
5. I tested it on 2 other iphones, all have the same issue on both apps.
