Discount entire invoice

I am trying to apply a 100% discount to an invoice but when saving it won't allow. It says the total sale needs to be a minimum of $1.00. How can I create invoices at zero $ value for report purposes?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community 🙂

This is a question I've seen come up before - unfortunately there's no current way to discount an invoice 100%! Invoice amounts currently need to get at least $1.

The workaround for this though would be to process the transaction via Square Point of Sale app checkout, where you can apply a 100% discount to a sale, then send your customer a receipts/tax invoice at the end of the transaction.
