Discount Code

Where do I create the coupon code below (circled in green in pic below)?  I set one up for online store item but that does not work when people purchase an item going through  the normal square checkout (below), not through the online store...

@rich872 Correction. The path is Desktop > Items & orders > Items > Discounts

Hi @rich872  Coupon codes only apply online, as you’ve found out. To use the same discount in person, you’ll need to go to Dashboard > Items and add a new discount. You can give that discount the same code for tracking purposes. 


FYI - I, and others, have suggested to Square that it would be amazing if they merged these two into one master list. But currently that is not available.
