I operate a window cleaning service, and I have a handful of clients who have AMEX cards on file with me.
I was processing invoices tonight, and I started getting "unable to use card on file" pop-ups. I thought something was up with Square, but I realized that all the issues were with AMEX. This is with 4 different clients that I have charged dozens of times with the same card numbers. Very odd.
Anyone having this issue with AMEX?
