Hi, my descriptions and pricing are NOT syncing correctly when i edit the information on Square Online.
It is updating the pricing at checkout but not on the menu which the customer see's first.
Is they a way to solve this please??

I can confirm we had a brief issue which would have caused the error syncing with some Square Online sites. This issue has now been fully resolved and all of your sites should be syncing correctly.
