We set our delivery time from 5:10pm to 8:00 pm with prep time of 45 mins. so actual delivery time is 6-8pm. but I have recently come across something odd about it. it starts from 6:10 on one day and 5:55 on the next day and 5:25pm on the day after the next day. I would have thought it must stay as 6:10pm. How can i rectify this problem?

With your current delivery settings you are open 5-8pm but you have added a 45min prep time so ideally you won't need to start moving deliveries until 6pm
Do you mean orders are coming through at incorrect times such as 5:25/5:55?
Could you give us some more details and a specific example of when this happened, we'll be happy to look into it more.

yes that is the current setting.
when an order came through the customer seemed to be able to pick up 5:25 for the next day delivery.
the reason why i did the setting like that we wanted to have delivery window from 6pm. 5:55 would not be a problem.
but 5:25 is the time that we definately want to avoid.
could you please identify why it happened?
if you want to order for the same day delivery, it says from 6:10pm. so no problem
but for delivery for tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or next week, still says from 5:25.
