Delilabel Integration

Regarding adding Delilabel to Square -

 

Added the app, in App integrations says 'connected,' when I click 'launch' the next page tells me its syncing Marketsquare, should be done in a few minutes, as of three days ago.

 

Submitted ticket to Square, still waiting for response.

 

Is this a common issue others have encountered or a simple fix I'm missing?

Hi @CordellMartin.  Sorry to hear you are having issues here.  Hopefully another seller has some suggestions.  However, in general, if a third-party app is not working there isn’t much we can do here.  Square provides the integration tools but the third-party developer is responsible for its functionality.  You’ll need to contact DeliLabel to see if there are issues — either in general or with your specific account.  Most likely, it is something simple with your setup.  I’m not seeing any chatter on any boards that it is down or having system-wide problems.
