Delayed transfer help

Hi, just wondering if anyone could shed some light seeing as their help shuts at 5pm!! 
We had a card payment go through lunchtime Thursday, it said pending transfer, sending 20th

We got to Friday 20th and it changed to Monday 23rd, got to 23rd and it said 24th, we’re now the 24th and it’s changed to 25th!! It does this at 5pm

will be calling tomorrow but wondering if anyone had any ideas. We’re  a small business and them having this money for this long has screwed us up royally!!

It’s possible the bank is withholding payment to make sure it’s not a fraudulent transaction, sometimes they get flagged. But definitely call Square customer service they will be able to shed more light on this and sort it out for you.
