Like most who have received "the message" we were told we would be deactivated in thirty days. No appeal. No CS. Just goodbye. Thanks for twelve yrs of processing millions of dollars and tens of thousands in paid back loans. We don't want you, we don't care about your small business, family, or how you have an affect on your community. The customer service rep hung up us. Said once it is decided, there is no recourse. No supervisor. Nothing.....
I used to promote square. I cannot in good conscience do that now. I would not do this to another small business.
