Dashboard Not Loading As Intended

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: my dashboard wont open. It keeps spinning

 

I attempt to log in to my account to make a manual payment, and the dashboard keeps spinning. I cleared my cache and did everything the AI assistant suggested...restart my computer, etc. I need to take a $1,500 payment ASAP. Please help?

To clarify, what kind of payment are you looking to make? Is it a Square Loan payment, or were you trying to process a manual payment for a customer?

 

The AI assistance may have suggested these steps already, but could you please try these steps to see if this solves it for you?:

- Check for a strong internet connection

- Clear browser cache and cookies

- Try a different Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

- Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date

- Log out and log back in

- Restart your device

- Try to access Dashboard from another device

 

After you give this all a try, please let me know and I can take another look for you.

I am having the same problem. This problem has been with me for months. I can only access the site when in Incognito mode on Google Chrome. I have followed every step listed by them moderator and tech support states the problem is on my end yet I can get to any web site with out issue. Only Square has this problem.

Could you clarify these questions: What kind of payment are you looking to make? Is it a Square Loan payment, or were you trying to process a manual payment for a customer?

 

And have you also tried to access your Dashboard from another device? Are you receiving any error messages?
