Customers keep telling us they aren't getting our emails.

Customers keep telling us that they are not getting emails sent via Square. We confirm that we have the correct email in our customer database. Is there any way to diagnose what else might be going on here?

 

I'm thinking I may export my customer database and move over to Constant Contact. I read that they have a much better rate of email going though than other vendors.

Hey @purplebutterfly - Is there a specific email domain you notice these customers share? What emails exactly are not being sent - email receipts or marketing campaigns? Have they checked their spam folders are any filters they've put in place?
