I'm trying roll out re-occurring invoicing for our customers. When they choose ACH as the payment option they are asked to enter user name and password credentials into a third party site in order to link their bank account and make the payment. Understandably, we are getting lots of push back on having to do this.
Is there a way for them to just enter their routing and account number instead? I pay several vendors through Intuit's ACH and just have to enter a routing and account number.
Is this simpler option available through square invoice?
HI, hopefully these Square Support pages will help.

Thank you for the links however I believe you miss understand the problem. I've set up the invoicing no problem. The push back comes when our customer is asked to verify their bank account by entering a username and password for the bank into a 3rd party website. This requested action is separate from their square credentials.
Understandably, people are not comfortable entering banking username and passwords into an app/site that isn't their bank directly.
HI, add ACH payment information on the invoice. ACH payments are done all the time, its very common.
Ok, let me ask you something. Have you ever sent yourself an invoice through square and gone through the ACH payment verification process personally? If you have done so you would see that when a customer goes to initiate ACH payment through the link in the email they are required input their bank (BofA, Wells Fargo, whatever) user name and password into a website that IS NOT THEIR BANK WEBSITE.
I know how to set up invoices, I know how to make ACH an option for payment method and you clearly have never sent yourself an invoice and tried paying it via ACH.
HI, Google gives a good explanation of what ACH is. A payment THROUGH a portal WHICH IS NOT THEIR BANK WEBSITE.
