Customers are not visible in Directory

On square dashboard online:

I will go to my Customers tab then choose "Directory" and it shows 657 total customers but none show below and when I search one, it will say "one match" but will not show below so I have no way to click on their account and edit/change things. I've been using this for a few years now and it always worked just fine but one day just disappeared. 
Anyone else experience this?

Make sure you don't have any filters on.  Clear your browser cache. Try a different browser and or computer to see if you still have that problem.
