Never had problems with verifying my bank that I’ve had linked to my account for a very long time until this past couple of months stating that square cannot verify my bank when it’s actually active and it’s causing a lot of inconvenience
We had an issue where it was saying we needed to connect a bank account when ours had been for the last 6 years, but the deposits worked the entire time the alert on the dashboard was there. After a few weeks, the alert stopped appearing.
Your best bet is to talk to customer service and see what they are seeing on their end, especially if your deposits aren't working.
