Customer exchanges don't show in Customer profile at POS, only in the Dashboard

When we look in a customer's profile at the POS (both Square POS & Square Retail), we do not see exchanges. We only see the original transaction without the exchange added. 


We do see the exchanges when we look in the Customer's profile from the Dashboard.

I checked with the Retail team who confirmed that when you're processing an exchange you need to add the customer to the sale even if you located the transaction (to process the exchange) from the customer's profile in the first place. If you're still not seeing exchanges from customers profiles after following this step please give us a call so we can investigate. We'll work to streamline processing exchanges - thanks for your post about this!
