Customer cant make an order

Yesterday i got a call from a customer said cant make an order not enough time. it was around 7;00pm and we open till 9:00pm on the app accepting order is on. any one has this issue, and how i can fix it.

Hey @Aleppo!

 

Have you checked the amount of time the product takes to prepare? If it's more than the fulfillment timeframe you've set, then your customer would be pushed until the next day.

 

In your Square Online dashboard, go to fulfillment > pickup & delivery > edit (beside the location) > order timing. You should see something that looks like this:

You can set the length of time it takes for you to fulfill an order here.

 

Scroll down and you'll see the timings that you fulfill orders in is correct:

For example, if your product takes an hour to fulfill, your fulfillment time ends at 8:15, and your customer tries to order at 7:30 then despite the fact that you are open until 9pm your customer will not be able to place the order.
