Do I just issue a refund on my end for this?? I've done that before, but do not understand why there are two identical transactions showing up in my Square account. She was sent ONE invoice and paid ONE. BUT my Square account charged it twice and sent the deposit to my bank!
Hi @ClarkSanders. Sorry to hear you keep having this issue. It’s definitely odd, but if it were widespread I’m pretty sure there would be lots of posts here about it. That leads me to believe that it must be some internal mixup in your specific account that is causing the duplication. You should reach out to the Square Customer Success Team here. They will be able to bring up your account and determine what else they need to escalate your issue to the appropriate product team.
