Customer Facing Display on Tablet

We purchased a Square Register from Staples in 2023. We've been putting orders in by using the icons in the Library.

We've been looking for answers about having a customer-facing display that can be used separately from the tablet used inside our food truck (think about the kind of display that allows customers to order on-site at a McDonald's).

We want to have something like our Library screen with the grid, but not let customers have access to the icons at the bottom of the screen that would normally allow our employees to view our private business information (inventory, sales, etc.).

We also do not want to spend $700+ on a Square register with that tiny display in the front, and I don't even think that lets customers choose their food items anyway.

Please help me understand:

You can do that with a TV of any size and a free app.

For A simpler way and just a USB stick : Power point or Google Slides  

Both these will give a Nice big menu board like Mc Donalds but you would still have to tap your Icons to get the order from the customer.

Basically I think you would need to use Square Self Ordering QR codes that appears on the customers cell or tablet by scanning a QR code.  https://squareup.com/us/en/online-ordering/self-serve-ordering 

Now if you want you could get an Ipad Wall or counter mount and add a Kiosk integration from Squares Apps market place :

Now these are the ways I can think of to do something like you want, but watch the pricing and monthly costs.  Some are "Free" but depends on the cost of your Video and Hardware and your time to set it up.  And others can range in price to a Few hundred $ a month depending on how many people are using the self checkout Kiosk integrations.
