Our company uses Weebly as our store platform for selling our products online. We've had many complaints the last couple of months that credit cards are being declined. You can see on people's orders placed that their cards got declined multiple times before going through. I've had some customers call me and we do a card over the phone and it works fine. It's happening way to often to think that it's the customer having credit card issues.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
One way to do some investigating on your own is to check out this site - if you have dates of the issues, you can go through this site to see if there were Square System issues for the same dates that your customers had issues. From experience, we have found this site quite helpful when experiencing strange problems. Most members here are volunteers who have experience with Square's Apps and Hardware however, we are not the same as Customer or Tech Support. At best, all we can do is offer some things to look at - we cannot look at Account setups or details whereas Customer or Tech Support can do that - sometimes they can find things on their end.
