- Hello, I am running into a good group of people right now about 20 roughly who received both the credit card offer and loan offer at roughly the same time. I knew that was not supposed to happen. Now, they are hitting 65-85% for a loan (especially 85%) one and he's not a happy camper. I tagged Chip from here and Sammie from Loans to gear them in the right direction. Going forward how do I address this or tag for further assistance? Clearly, it states now you can't have both but I do remember the loan board on fire because a good group received both. And he is throwing a fit about losing close to 50% any help would be great. @TheRealChipA @ryanwanner
I just got a message from Nikki in Beta over a screen glitch in some dashboard and 5 or so lost out on loans waiting for the final papers and no emails to click on. I took screenshots of the latest loan complaint of money or fees not being taken out. She instant deposited today and took the funds out and account in the negative because fees came out from one full week tonight at one time. Only repeating. I tag the mods. What can say but sorry let me get someone who can look into this privately. I suggested to her that it would be extremely helpful if champions, experts, etc attended a joint meeting with newly updated rollouts and testing so we know or can pick off this isn't the normal loan offer let me just say let's tag a mod who can look into it further for you. Without communication between the two and 3 of us now going off a pinned post doesn't seem to be the right solution to help the user nor us.
Just posted in question of the week how many people would attend a short virtual meeting with Beta and Champions to go over new releases so we have a heads-up and know ok this is not the typical Q&A and it's Mod time. If not going off of old or outdated information only stirs the pot and gets the thread into panic mode. We are here to help with common concerns or to help with where to look for something etc. Even a weekly update pinned would help with new features added, just rolling out say a new way to pay loans. We all hate to tag Mods every 5 minutes and we should as they have a job to do besides us tagging them. Communication between the 2 would stop that or like you, I take notes and I could pick off ok not the normal way of how that works, and now Mod time without getting a thread into panic mode. Also, a pinned note back here for what is rolling out this next couple of weeks would be great. Mods are busy, and Beta is nonstop working on something if we knew in advance we could help with a potential bug, or glitch take a screenshot, and pass it along. My hardest part is too many loan threads. I believe I counted 5 all with different threads but all say in them somewhere the 2 words loans and 2025. One would be amazing! It's troll season and I screenshot it and do everything I should and they ask which of the 2025 thread? Unfortunately, bouncing around here is the screenshot with their name, which I did fast to stop them from getting to others, and they can find them that way and search the name. The last one was a Rep from Clover Guaranteed Switch now free POS, processing for a year, and send us your last 3 bank statements and receive an offer the day you sign up and send your information! Ummm, yep 6/7 said sent before I saw it. Mod time now! Block and banned. Just a lot going on at one time and we are here to help take off some of that load.
