Creating a McDonalds Like Kiosk

I have a client that is looking to setup their general Takeaway shop to have a McDonalds like kiosk there, we sell 49" kiosks that run Android 7.1.2 (can be upgraded) what would be needed to integrate their square POS to work with this terminal so the customer could place and pay for the order through the large screen and then the order go to their Android based 22" screen out the back so that it can be fulfilled etc. This way it is a contact less transaction and potentially speeding up service using 1 less employee
