Hi there @WE22.. So, on the Discounts settings for eGift Cards, there is currently only one discount amount allowed which is offered to all customers who purchase cards online. However, you should be able to use the "Discount Codes" section, and promote those discount codes through Square Marketing.
Each code you create can have a minimum load specified, along with the amount of the discount for any eCards that are at or above that minimum load. Note that you must specify an expiration date for eGift Card discount codes.
Lastly, I think that tiered fixed discounts is a great idea and would recommend that you submit that feature request. If you do, come back here and post a link to it, because I will definitely upvote and support it.
