I am looking to offer a coupon on my site, bt all options seem to be premium? does that mean we can not have a pop up with a free account?

Using certain pop-ups requires an upgrade on your Square Online site. Here's an article with more information on adding pop-ups to your site.

You can also create coupons and share them through a link, QR code, or Square Marketing. Check out this article for more details.
