Conversion Tracking For Form Submission

How do you get conversion tracking for a form submission? Google analytics is currently linked. The form confirmation leaves a message on the page, and of course I get an email. However, since the URL doesn't change I'm not sure how to setup conversion tracking through google ads. It's important for a service based business with variable job times, since customers can't book themselves. They need to be able request estimates and demos through these forms, and google ads needs conversion tracking to separate those who go to the page and those who submit the form. Thanks!

We do not have that feature or setup on our end. Google may provide a custom code for you to apply for tracking purposes, but that is not something we currently support/provide.
