How do I contact Square on the Phone? Every time I call their 855 number, it tells me that I will get a text to chat. I do not want to chat, I want to speak to a human, so far this is the worst support I've gotten from any company in any industry and at this point, I don't know how to remain a customer. I appreciate any help getting through to these guys on the phone.
I apologize, you did say the card didn't decline @lonestartools. I have seen VPNS causing glitchy issues like this with network connections or software.
If this continues even after disabling the VPN and trying the troubleshooting steps @Minion provided, please reach back out with a photo of the error message, and I would be happy to investigate this further with you.
I had no connection issue, my VPN is up to date. The issue was with one customer card that would run manually, but the Windows Square application would not allow me to save the customer's card info for recurring charges, stating the number was invalid. However the same Windows Square application on the same computer in the same network, that would run all other recurring charges of other customers without an issue, would then run this card manually and the charge would go through.
