Hi there @Peter2871,

Sorry to hear you're running into these issues setting up your printer!

It sounds like you may need to run an IP test on your printer to ensure that both the printer and Square app are connecting to the same network.

To run an IP test on your printer:

1. Turn off the printer. You’ll typically find a power switch on the side.
2. While holding down the Feed button, turn the printer back on.
3. Wait for two quick blinks of the light or two beeps, then release the Feed button.
4. The printer will print the IP address. If multiple items print, the last piece of paper will show the IP address.
5. Compare the printed IP address to the IP address in the Wi-Fi settings of your POS device, Register or Terminal.

If all but the last three numbers match, the Square device and printer are on the same network. You’re ready to print.
If the numbers do not match, they are not on the same network. Choose the correct Wi-Fi from the settings of your device, Register or Terminal, and be sure the printer is plugged into the correct port.

If all digits are 0 (zero), the printer is not obtaining an IP address. Usually, this is in conjunction with printer status lights blinking. If this is the case, you may need to get in touch with your Internet service provider or the printer manufacturer. You may also reference your printer manual.

I've also included a link to our Printer Troubleshooting guide should the above steps not resolve the issue.

Either way, let me know how you go with this on your end!

P.S. I noticed it's your first time posting to the Seller Community - welcome, we're happy to have you! 🤗
