We are running a series of events and selling tickets online through Square.
1. Is there a way to make customers purchasing a ticket online through our store have to sign up or fill out key information that we need?
2. When they arrive at the event, is there a way of being able to scan them in? Can we add a specific QR code on the receipt that is generate for a specific item?

You'll be able to capture certain info via online orders such as name, address, phone number and email address - did this cover what you needed, or was there other info? There is also a "notes" section you could try and direct customers to complete via messaging on the website for additional info!
You won't be able to scan them in to the event via Square when they arrive though - unfortunately this sort of functionality isn't build into our current product offering, so you'd need to find a different system for this. You could check out ticketing integrations that work in conjunction with Square!
