Hi I have not used my Square account devices for a couple of years because of the pandemic. I have tried to log in to my account using the same iPad and Nokia phone that I have previously used. I'm getting a message saying that the user/password in incorrect; but I can log in on my PC using the same user/password. I have tried re-installing the app but that doesn't work. Any ideas?

Mmh, that definitely does sound a bit odd. Have you tried resetting the password on your app using the reset password link? Have you recently changed your email address? Have you downloaded the most recent version of the app from the Google Play store?
These are all factors that could be affecting your ability to log in to your app. The more information you can provide, the better I'll be able to pinpoint the root cause of the issue.
