I am having this problem within the last 3 weeks where my bartenders will close a transaction, it will go through. They think it's done and ready to input a tip. But they'll see the same transaction on the list of open checks. If they close the open check out again, it double charges the guest. We'd rarely have refunds, and if the employee isn't paying attention which they shouldn't have to worry about that, we end up having 1 or 2 double charges a day now.
I'm also notcing that we're having to re-boot our tablets because it appears it's taking too long to process orders, or the software is freezing up on us. Our Wi-Fi is fine, no issues there.
Is it due to a current update by Apple or ?
